Shipping Processing Time
Currently, we offer shipping services only within North America and we do not ship outside of this region.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped on the same day, if payment has been verified. However, please be aware that if you place an order on the weekend, it will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Occasionally, we may encounter a higher volume of orders than usual, causing a slight delay in shipping. Please allow for 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. If there is a significant delay for any reason, we will contact you directly.
Regarding shipping rates and delivery times, please be aware that due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times with Canada Post at this time.
We offer free shipping for all orders! We’ll ship your items using Xpresspost from Ontario. Typically, it takes about 2-3 business days for delivery in Ontario or Quebec, and 4-8 business days for delivery in Eastern Canada, Western Canada, and rural areas.
Orders outside of Canada may take up to 5-10 business days to be delivered. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
International Orders: Import & Duty Fees
For orders outside of Canada, you may be charged import and duty taxes.
Wrong or Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or wrong address, Manamunity cannot be held responsible for any products that are shipped to that address. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to enter the correct address details. If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” “insufficient,” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package to the correct destination, even if the order originally qualified for free or reduced shipping.
Manamuity is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. If your order arrives in a damaged state, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with Canada Post on your behalf. Please note that it may take 1-5 business days to process the claim before we can proceed with your order.
To cancel your order, you can do so anytime before the product is shipped. Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account and go to Your Orders.
2. Click on Cancel Items.
3. Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to remove.
4. Click Cancel to complete the cancellation.
Once you have completed these steps, please contact us by phone or email to ensure that the cancellation is successfully completed.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To do so, please contact us and we will provide instructions on how to return the product. It’s important to note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Once we receive the product and approve its condition, we will process a full refund of the purchase price. It may take 1-3 business days for your bank to process the refund and for it to appear in your account. To start the return process, please contact us at [email protected].
